Window mode from outside the game?

Hi all! I got a new Laptop and now got the problem that when I start Aion in fullscreen mode (like how it is on default) I can't see my mouse cursor. I already had this problem with the european Aion client but with the NC client I also got the problem that I just can't move my mouse inch after inch into the right direction until I finally get to enter my pin. When I minimalize Aion with alt+tab so I can see where my mouse is, bring my mouse near one of the numbers and reopen Aion with alt+tab my mouse kind of "jumps" because it seems that the resolution of Aion is lesser then the resolution of my screen.
So now I can't log in because I can't enter my pin.
Does anyone know if I can change to window mode from outside the game? maybe with regedit? If so, can someone tell me how? I'm kind of frustrated and I really want to play but for now it's more or less impossible to even get into the game atm.
I would be really grateful for any advices or guides how to get into window mode! (or windowed fullscreen, that's what I prefer at least.)
